We're probably a new agency to you, but really we've been around for a long time (in one form or another). Our Team draws from years of experience in sales, program management, design, programming and marketing. That being said, here are the from-the-hip answers to your questions:
Q. DC Interactive Group. Who are you guys?
A. We're a technological arm that utilizes the awesome conviction that no matter how well a web site, online application or e-mail communication functions, if it doesn't meet a marketing goal and extend a company's offline brand to the online world effectively, there's no way it was worth the money to create it.
Q. You don't seem to have experience in my industry. Can you tell me how you'd then be able to build my web site and/or application?
A. Remember, no matter what your industry, product or service, what you are doing online is communicating. Our expertise is in doing that persuasively to meet a marketing goal. To us, the technical aspects of a web site or online application are second nature. Q. The fish with the headphones? What's that about?
A. We're showing you that although we're a technology firm, there is always an element of creativity to everything we do. Gone are the days when your web site had to look so flat and boring. Imagine the combination of creative thinkers and technology experts!
Q. Are you a Microsoft .Net shop? What platforms do you develop on?
A. If you're asking if we have the technical proficiency to develop your online solution, yes, we do. While we can and have developed applications or web sites using a variety of technologies, isn't the real answer whether it will meet marketing, functional and strategic business goals?
Q. Do you host web sites?
A. We do offer hosting for our clients and STRONGLY recommend that they host with us. Part of our value is to analyze your web site's performance and the habits and trends that its visitors exhibit each month. You're provided with detailed reports that outline this information in a simple format, contain explanations and interpretations of your web site's operation, and contains recommendations, changes and updates to your web site. Also by hosting with us, your web site or application is continuously monitored and reviewed.
