The Client: Memorial Medical Center
The Project: Promote the #1 Emergency Department in Springfield

Last year, we ran a campaign for Memorial (called “ER Stories”) which asked for emergency patients to write in about their accident and the experience they had at Memorial. When we last updated you, over 40 submissions had been sent our way.

With the campaign now complete, we have a final tally: over 85 stories were submitted by patients of Memorial Medical Center’s Emergency Department! We were excited to share Memorial’s vision of letting patients tell their story about the path that led them to choose Memorial, and the ER Stories campaign brought compelling, real-life experiences of patients who needed help immediately, and got it.

Client Requirements

In October 2011, as Sherman Hospital’s annual events for Breast Cancer Awareness Month took place, the Sherman marketing team came to us with a question. Is it possible to motivate men, those notoriously stubborn creatures, to care about their personal health and wellness?

Using social media as the foundation, we were tasked with creating an online campaign that would increase user activity, promote the hospital’s trusted voice, and in general, get people talking.
